The second round of Conflict of Nations – Soden Bowl verse The Unknown was completed with a points victory by The Unknown (2500 VP’s).
The game lasted 25 days which is rather short for a game of this size. China had the most VP’s (Victory Points) with 521. VP’s are a tabulation of all the territory you own including how advanced each city is.
The Game started with a truce between the two teams until the day 20 mark, the truce was broke when France conducted a nuclear attack in Europe and Soden Bowl swept across Europe, through Germany and eliminated TU’s players in Germany and Italy.
China rolled through Japans massive Navy sinking 16 warships in 2 days, repelling the Soden Bowl attack in the Pacific. China then took Japan and eliminated the 1st Soden Bowl player.
China moved into Ukraine to help bolster The Unknown in Europe, Iran ran through the Middle East knocking out 2 more Soden Bowl players. This allowed China to move massive units including Stealth fighters and bombers and nuclear equipped subs into place in the Atlantic Ocean just off the coast of France.
Operation “Red Storm” led by China saw the launching of 76 warheads into Europe, decimating the ground forces of Soden Bowl in the area. Paris, London, Madrid all fell instantly. The Chinese Stealth airforce was able to win the skies verse Peru, Great Britan, France and Spain in the skies over Europe. This was the end of Soden Bowl as they lost their foothold on Europe, lost Japan and Australia, the Middle East was lost and Africa fell at the very end to The Unknown.
