Vikings started extremely slow this game as nothing was going right for them in the 1st quarter as they faced a 17-0 deficit to end the Quarter. Things finally started to click for them after a special teams scoop and score by Irv Smith on a kick return gave them a 21-17 lead mid way thru the 2nd quarter.
Wasn’t the best performance by Kirk Cousins and gang but the Vikes iced this barn burner of a game late with a 20yard TD run by Dalvin Cook to put them up 59-52. They move to 2-0 on the season #SkolVikings
This balanced offense is looking really polished now with the addition of Julio Jones on the outside with Jefferson. We gotta get the run game going so the Receivers can eat.
