The 4-4 Minnesota Vikings and coach M40A3 Smurf sit at the bottom of a very talented division. Trailing the 7-1 Bears, 6-1 Packers and 5-2 Lions – the Vikings have almost no room for error if they want a shot at the 112th Soden Bowl Playoffs.

The Minnesota Vikings need to play better on defense, they rank in the bottom 24 in almost every Next Gen stat. To play better defense the Vikings need more players to step up and make plays either in the passing game with interceptions (Harrison Smith) or getting after the quarterback (Jaylon Smith). On paper this defense has one of the best linebacker corps in the league. I think it’s time for coach Sniper Rifle to let these guys attack the quarterback and help out his struggling secondary.
The season starts now for the Vikings, they have a HUGE game this week verse the Bears. I’d like to see the Vikings apply pressure to Justin Fields and force a couple turn overs. The Vikings finish the season with games verse the Bears, Packers and Lions. The bears have beat the Lions once already so they have the ability to play with the dogs in the NFC North division.
It’s time to bring back the Purple People Eaters…
