Jaguars win exciting overtime game vs the Denver Broncos 37-34.
The Jaguars were able to somehow pull out a win bs the broncos in week 2 37-34. This game was good one of momentum swings. The first game was relatively even. The second quarter saw the jags grab the wave of momentum and out score Denver 20-10. The third quarter was scoreless. The fourth quarter saw Denver grab momentum by the throat and score 21-7 to cause overtime. The jags would then sustain a long overtime drive and kick a fg due to a penalty .. and a timely broncos sack. The broncos then threw puck number 5 and the game was sealed. Trevor Lawrence had a up and down game … but he came up clutch when needed. Trevor wound up 30-39 for 468 yards 3 TD passes and 3 interceptions. Trevor has to tighten up the gameplay if the jags are going to have success this year. He can’t throw three picks . The jags defense was bending but opportunistic. They snagged 5 interceptions. 2 picks from Shaquill Griffin; two picks from Rayshawn Jenkins, and 1 from miles Jack. They also sacked Teddy Bridgewater three times. Ultimately, this team is 2-0. How many folks thought they would be undefeated after the first two weeks. They have to tighten up some things or this win streak will come to a screeching haunt in week 3. Much respect to the broncos. They played a great game.
