Madden 21 is upon us, so is the start of our 102nd season of Madden Online Franchise. We will begin the season in the Pre Season with league creation happening this week and invites to the league being sent out later in the week leading up to the official kickoff on Saturday August 29th. We will allow the play of Pre Season games with a random advance through Pre Season stopping at Week 4 (Pre Season) and holding until Monday August 31st. At 9pm EST on Monday we will advance to Week 1 Regular Season and kickoff the year with our annual Hall of Fame game.
The Hall of Fame game will feature a game to be named later – broadcast live on CMG Broadcasting with a halftime tribute to our newest Hall of Fame inductee. We are currently working through the nominations now and the new Hall of Famer or Hall of Famers will be announce by Coach Hart just before Halftime on Monday Night.
The season will use current rosters and trades or signings that happen in the NFL up to Saturday will be honored. No player edits will be performed unless they are the Gold Card winners from the Team Draft Show. If you want to start trading then the official opening of trades to be approved will be Friday night. SB Marketplace receives a large update Thursday night including new purchase ability for the league.
Fantasy Football and the Soden Bowl application are still be worked out with the developer, we will have more news on it’s arrival later in the week. Let’s welcome our newest staff member ShawnLowe. ShawnLowe is the Prime Time broadcast scheduler to work with the current weekly scheduler G0DeeJaY but the task of scheduling a matchup for every Monday (CMG), Wednesday (SNYPZ TV) and Thursday (SBN) is his direct mission.
