I’d normally start this story with the generic phrase that the Dark Side wins again, but as most Star Wars fans know Kylo Ren actually converted back to the “good guys” to help vanquish the Emperor. So a win for the “good guys” in Super Bowl 107? That might be a controversial statement as Grimey216 is a fan favorite in Pro League, so let’s leave it at “Kylo Wins – Again.”
The Philadelphia Eagles finished the season at 11-5, not a statement season by any stretch – but a season that ended by defeating an undefeated team in the NFC Championship followed by the Super Bowl win over the Cleveland Browns who won 14 games during the regular season.
The Eagles and coach Kylo put together a perfect game plan, they dealt with the Browns star studded roster better than most everyone else did. Jalen Hurts was instrumental when he needed to be. Pressure was a factor early in the game on Jalen Hurts but he adjusted and was able to make the Browns defense pay.
The Eagles won the game 24-17, a late Browns turnover allowed the Eagles to pull ahead 24-10, the Browns made a late run to attempt a tie but two straight Baker Mayfield passes missed their targets and the Browns turned the ball over on downs. Kylo takes home his 6th Super Bowl win and improves his record to 6-2 in the Super Bowl, Grimey216 falls to 0-1 in the Super Bowl.
