As the once Indianapolis Colts Coach Jim Mora proclaimed in the NFL: “Playoffs? Don’t talk about—playoffs?! You kidding me? Playoffs? Soden Bowl’s 102nd season is closing out and we will take a look at how things should pan out to start the playoffs.
Let’s start from the top, our top seeds in each conference.
Jacksonville Jaguars (14-1) Coach: DOC J 205 will finish the season with the 7-7 Colts. I will award the Jaguars the premature victory and a near perfect regular season had the Jaguars not faced the Dolphins in week 3. The Jaguars will receive the bye week in the AFC.
New Orleans Saints (12-2) Coach: MrWitness36 will finish the season with a close win verse the Vikings and then god have mercy on the Panthers in week 17. By virtue of the head to head tiebreaker the Saints will earn the NFC’s bye.
The Divisional Winners are up next.
Philadelphia Eagles (13-2) Coach: Lurkgod201 will be one of the toughest out’s in the playoffs. Carson Wentz is playing MVP style football and no one wants to play in cold Philly this time of the year.
Buffalo Bills (12-2) Coach: CreamedApe and his Bills will have a snow game or two in the playoffs. The new “phenom” or “Code Blue” as he likes to call himself has a chance to win the Super Bowl in his 1st ever season in Soden Bowl.
Kansas City Chiefs (12-3) Coach: No1xDraft Pck and the high flying Chiefs can put up points with the best of them in Soden Bowl. Winners of the AFC West and a prolific, talented user will make noise.
Green Bay Packers (11-4) Coach: Thoyt51 currently sit 1 game behind the Vikings with 2 games left to play. The Vikings have a tough game verse the Saints and then verse the Lions. I will put my money on Thoyt51 winning this division with Jordan Love.
Baltimore Ravens (10-5) Coach: King Of Wakanda takes the leagues most lethal quarterback into the playoffs and as the weather gets colder, the field gets slippery and Lamar Jackson will run free. Winners of the AFC North, this black and blue team will be the most physical in the AFC.
Los Angeles Rams (7-8) Coach: EyeSeeThruuU247 with just 7 wins will win the NFC West. The Rams have the pieces to put together a few wins and really shake up the NFC Playoffs this season. Imagine a .500 team winning the 102nd Super Bowl?
Last but not least, we have our 6 Wild Card teams.
Washington Football Team (12-2) Coach: Gametyme05 wishes he played in the NFC West, he would have a division crown instead of the leagues top Wild Card spot. Apke will continue to cause issues for defenses and his 11 interceptions is no fluke.
Minnesota Vikings (11-3) Coach: Yrok1 can shred this prediction article with a win in New Orleans this week and clinch the NFC North. But with a tougher schedule than the Packers I think the Vikings will slide to the Wild Card. Adam Thielen and Dalvin Cook are bookmarks on an amazing offense.
New York Jets (11-4) Coach: Kylorenxoxo will have to advance from the Wild Card position if they want a chance at another Super Bowl. Sam Darnold right now is my Most Valuable Player in Soden Bowl. Believe in New York this Post Season.
Miami Dolphins (10-5) Coach: Eat Mor Ch1kin will make the 3rd playoff team from the AFC East. The Hall of Fame coach will bring some of the best stick skills to the table as he looks to make a splash in the playoffs with the Fins.
Cleveland Browns (10-5) Coach: GoDeeJaY and the rushing title leader Nick Chubb (1,754 rushing yards) will take the high flying Browns offense into the playoffs. Browns fans are excited as their franchise is finally back to the Soden Bowl playoffs.
Atlanta Falcons (9-6) Coach: Billy Hoyle 31 clinched the final playoff spot as the Buccaneers (S S0DEN) lost to the Lions. The Falcons pack some serious weapons on offense and a defense that can attack the quarterback. Billy Hoyle was able to battle through one of the leagues toughest schedules down the stretch and earned this playoff spot.
