The Falcons sit at 8-5 on the season and on the outside looking in when it comes to the playoffs, Owner Phil has said plenty of times that he made the right hire when he bought in Arthur Smith to lead this team and has not been disappointed in his first season with this team. The Falcons are the 19th ranked offensive team this year and the 12th ranked defensive team and coming off a huge victory over hated Panthers in week 15 and in comes another team that’s fighting for a playoff spot in the 49ers who sit at 7-6 on the season. The Falcons need to keep winning and get some help to get in, but this has been a great steppingstone in the right direction for us.
