The team draft selection was filled with some expected picks and some suprises. One team that was available during jaycorks87 pick that had him intrigued was the Denver Broncos. The mix of players new players coming in and veteran players had him wanting to choose them. They will be carrying three rookies with ss dev ratings and a solid of added free agents. Coach jaycork87 really likes good defense and the ability to cover in the secondary. The broncos have just what he likes and other good pieces as well. He will be utilizing a multiple look defense with lots of zone blitz schemes. on offense coach jaycork likes to run the ball thus will probably have to look into fa or trading to get a halfback suitable for his scheme. As for the offensive scheme jaycork87 uses it varies according to the opponent but a west coast style with a few deep throws mixed in is preferred with a heavy emphasis on the run.
The overall outlook of the team is is pretty good in year but might take a season or two to build the team the coach likes to have. Coach jaycork87 will be very active in fa and will be open to making trades to improve his team. Improving the dline and upgrading the wr and hb positions will be the first on the agenda. The schedule looks to be very strong with the very strong afc north teams and kc in the division so making playoffs will be a major challemge. Jaycork87 seems to think his team can make it to the playoffs as at least a wildcard .
