Colt’s rookie QB Sam Ehlinger was named the starter in week one and hasn’t looked back. Throwing for 286 yards and 4 touchdowns in a week one 42-10 win was a very impressive start to the season. The only thing better than his first start? His second. In another impressive showing in week 2 Ehlinger threw for 325 yards and 5 touchdowns in a 42-14 win over the Rams. His early season totals thus far are 611 yards and 9 touchdowns, not bad for a guy drafted in the 6th round. With the colts vicious defense, Jonathan Taylor’s obscene running ability, and the blooming connection between Ehlinger and WR Michael Pittman Jr. its un-telling how far this team can go.
