Some could argue the San Francisco 49ers dynasty may have been the best in football history. SwingOnDeez is a Hall of Fame coach in Soden Bowl and the 49ers roster is legit top ten to start the Madden cycle. The 49ers finished this season a horrid 2-13 with one game left to play and that game is verse Seahawks3726. The 49ers have the longest losing streak in the league at 12 games and honestly may be 13 games depending on what Seahawks team shows up this week.
Jimmy Garoppolo has the tools to be a franchise quarterback and a leader of another Niner dynasty. Throwing 17 touchdown passes and 38 interceptions is not going to equal many wins. The loss of Matt Brieda to Ch1kins Dolphins has really hurt the 49ers as Mostert only has 836 rushing yards and only three 100+ yard rushing games this year.
To strike gold next season, SwingOnDeez needs to assemble a few more offensive weapons to put around Garoppolo. Establish the running game and force defenses to commit to stopping the run. When the 49ers can do this they can then best utilize Garoppolo who may only be a 83 overall, but they can put the quarterback into play action scenarios and his play action attribute is 93.
Deebo Samuel and his 93 speed could do a lot of damage is a defense is jamming the box attempting top stop the run and X-Factor George Kittle will have a field day off play action with linebackers struggling to keep up with the Tight End.
The 49ers should draft some depth at the running back position, they should draft another solid wide receiver that can separate from defenders and a solid mobile Guard that can pull for a zone attack rushing system. The combination of Mostert and Coleman is quick, but a solid power back should be drafted to help establish the inside rushing attack so that a zone rushing scheme can be exploited verse a defense of powerful linebackers who have to maintain rushing gap assignment or lose a quick 5 yards up the middle.
I think the Hall of Fame Coach will turn this franchise around, with a little more time to put into his team and game plan I expect to see the Hall of Famer back in the playoffs. Remember just 5 season ago the 49ers and coach SwingOnDeez was competing for the NFC Championship.
