Welcome to my first installment of the treasure seeking, booty filled fun here in Soden Bowl. As my Gamertag suggests, I am Davey Jones and I will find the hidden treasure sprinkled within the league.
Week three takes me to Cincinnati where the Bengals are facing the New York Jets. The Jets are trying to turn the season around, they have traded for Derek Carr. Derek Carr has a QBR of just 23.1 with 3 interceptions when being pressured. The Bengals are struggling to apply pressure on opposing passers.
Trey Hendrickson will need to step up in this game, he needs to record at least 1 sack or force a fumble. If Trey can pull of a sack or a forced fumble in this game then the Bengals chances of winning improve from 42% to 51%.
Goal: Trey Hendrickson ends the game verse the Jets with at least a sack or forced fumble and moves to a Star Development trait.
Next on my journey across the league I travel to Atlanta to scout the Falcons team and find out what the Falcons will do after the sudden loss of Coach Phil. They have signed the very talented MrWitness36 but MrWitness36 has to shake off the rust soon to help the Falcons get back to their winning ways.
The key to success for Atlanta is to get Cordarrelle Patterson on track, on the race track. The once receiver is now playing halfback and resembles a poor-mans Deebo Samuel.
Patterson needs to record at least 50 yards rushing and 50 yards receiving or a touchdown on the ground and through the air to have a chance to take down the Seattle Seahawks this week.
Goal: Cordarrelle Patterson ends the game with at least 50 yards on the ground and through the air or a touchdown on the ground and through the air. If Patterson pulls this off then he will receive a +2 Speed and +2 Acceleration attribute boost.
If the Falcons pull off a win and unrelated to Patterson’s performance then coach MrWitness36 will receive 1 Superstar Development trait to apply to a rookie of his choice on his roster.
